Effective Date: July 13, 2026
Last Updated: July 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, consultations, retreats, Satsang gatherings, workshops, seminars, events, teachings, and other services offered under the name Aad Yog by [insert full legal entity name], together with its teachers, facilitators, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated organizations (“Aad Yog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, registering for an offering, submitting payment, or participating in one of our services or events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Our Offerings

Aad Yog may provide:

  • Spiritual and astrological consultations;
  • Ayurvedic and wellness guidance;
  • Online and in-person Satsang;
  • Spiritual and wellness retreats;
  • Meditation, Yog, workshops, seminars, and teachings;
  • Educational materials and programs; and
  • Related events and community activities.

The specific details, dates, inclusions, duration, location, pricing, and requirements for each offering will be stated on the applicable website page, registration form, booking page, invoice, or confirmation message.

  1. Nature of Our Services

Our consultations, retreats, teachings, and programs are intended for spiritual, personal-development, educational, and general wellness purposes.

They are not a substitute for:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment;
  • Mental health or psychiatric care;
  • Emergency assistance;
  • Legal, financial, or investment advice; or
  • Advice from another appropriately licensed professional.

Astrological, spiritual, Ayurvedic, or intuitive guidance is interpretive in nature. Individual experiences and results will vary, and no particular result, healing, relationship outcome, financial result, or life change is guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, finances, relationships, travel arrangements, and wellbeing.

  1. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information when making a booking or completing a registration form.

This may include your:

  • Full name;
  • Contact details;
  • Birth details;
  • Emergency contact;
  • Health or dietary information;
  • Travel information; and
  • Other information reasonably required for the offering.

You must promptly inform us if any relevant information changes.

Participants under 18 years of age may attend only where specifically permitted and with the required consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  1. Bookings and Confirmation

Submitting an application, inquiry, registration form, or booking request does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or confirm a reservation.

A booking is confirmed only after:

  1. We have accepted the booking;
  2. Any required forms have been completed;
  3. The required deposit or full payment has been received; and
  4. We have issued written confirmation.

We may decline an application or booking when we reasonably determine that the offering is unsuitable, full, unavailable, or cannot safely accommodate the participant’s needs.

  1. Prices and Payments

Prices will be displayed or communicated in the applicable currency.

Payment may be accepted through PayPal, UPI, bank transfer, an online payment processor, or another approved payment method.

You are responsible for:

  • Paying all charges by the stated deadline;
  • Ensuring that payment information is accurate;
  • Bank, transfer, currency-conversion, and payment-processing fees;
  • Taxes or charges imposed by your country or payment provider; and
  • Any travel-related expenses not expressly included in the booking.

A place may be released if payment is not received by the required deadline.

Any payment plan offered is a payment arrangement for the total booking price and is not a pay-as-you-attend subscription. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance remains due according to the agreed schedule.

  1. Consultation Terms

Scheduling

Consultations are scheduled for the date and time shown in your booking confirmation.

All appointment times are stated in the time zone displayed on the booking page or confirmation. You are responsible for checking the time-zone conversion and joining at the correct time.

Birth and Background Information

For astrology-based consultations, you are responsible for supplying accurate birth information. Aad Yog is not responsible for an interpretation affected by inaccurate, estimated, or incomplete information.

Joining the Consultation

Online consultations may be delivered through Zoom, Google Meet, telephone, WhatsApp, or another agreed platform.

You are responsible for:

  • Having a reliable internet or telephone connection;
  • Using a suitable device;
  • Joining from a private and quiet environment; and
  • Testing the meeting link and technology beforehand.

Technical problems on the participant’s side do not ordinarily entitle the participant to additional time or a refund.

Late Arrival and Missed Appointments

If you arrive late, the consultation may still end at its originally scheduled time.

If you are more than [10/15] minutes late without contacting us, the appointment may be treated as missed.

A missed appointment or failure to attend is not refundable.

Rescheduling Consultations

A request to reschedule must be received at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled consultation.

Where sufficient notice is provided, one rescheduling request may be permitted, subject to availability.

Requests received after the rescheduling deadline may be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking and payment may be required.

Rescheduled consultations must generally be completed within [60/90] days of the original appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Consultation Cancellations

Unless a different cancellation policy is shown at the time of booking:

  • Cancellations made more than [48 hours] before the appointment may receive a refund, less payment-processing fees and any stated administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within [48 hours] of the appointment are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Where applicable law gives you additional cancellation or withdrawal rights, those legal rights will apply.

Practitioner Changes

Although we will make reasonable efforts to provide the named practitioner or teacher, we may substitute another qualified practitioner, change the appointment time, or reschedule the consultation when necessary.

If we cancel a consultation and cannot offer a suitable alternative, amounts paid for the cancelled consultation will be refunded.

  1. Retreat Applications and Participation

Retreat places may be limited and are subject to suitability, availability, completed registration documents, and payment.

Before participating, you may be required to disclose information relevant to your health and safety, including medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, mobility limitations, medications, pregnancy, recent surgery, or mental health concerns.

The purpose of requesting this information is to assess whether reasonable arrangements can be made. Acceptance does not mean that Aad Yog has medically cleared you or assumed responsibility for managing your condition.

We may request confirmation from a licensed healthcare professional before accepting or continuing a participant where reasonably necessary for safety.

  1. Retreat Deposits and Final Payments

A deposit of [insert amount or percentage] may be required to reserve a retreat place.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The deposit is applied toward the total retreat price;
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline in the booking confirmation;
  • Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of the booking; and
  • Any refund will be governed by the retreat cancellation policy below.

The deposit may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law because it covers reservation costs, planning, administration, and commitments made to venues and service providers.

  1. Retreat Cancellation by the Participant

Unless a different cancellation policy is clearly stated for a particular retreat, the following applies:

  • More than 90 days before the retreat: Amounts paid may be refunded, less the deposit, payment-processing fees, and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
  • Between 60 and 90 days before the retreat: Up to 50% of the retreat price may be refunded, less payment-processing fees and non-recoverable costs.
  • Fewer than 60 days before the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
  • Failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure: No refund or credit will be provided for unused accommodation, meals, sessions, activities, or services.

Any refundable amount will be determined according to the cancellation date and the policy presented when the booking was made.

Where legally required, mandatory consumer cancellation rights will take priority over this policy.

  1. Transfers and Retreat Credits

A retreat booking may not be transferred to another person without our prior written approval.

At our discretion, we may allow an eligible payment to be transferred to a future retreat or another participant. Any transfer may be subject to:

  • Availability;
  • Suitability of the replacement participant;
  • An administrative fee;
  • Recovery of additional expenses; and
  • A stated expiration date.

A transfer or credit is not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.

  1. Cancellation or Changes by Aad Yog

Retreats, consultations, and events may occasionally be changed, postponed, relocated, moved online, or cancelled because of circumstances including:

  • Illness or unavailability of a teacher or facilitator;
  • Insufficient participant numbers;
  • Venue or accommodation problems;
  • Severe weather or natural disaster;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Public-health concerns;
  • Transportation disruption;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Safety or security concerns; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may also make reasonable changes to the schedule, teachers, facilitators, activities, accommodations, meals, or itinerary when necessary.

If we cancel an entire retreat before it begins, we may offer:

  • A transfer to a future retreat;
  • A credit; or
  • A refund of amounts paid directly to us for the cancelled retreat.

Unless required by applicable law, Aad Yog is not responsible for expenses paid to third parties, including airfare, visas, insurance, vaccinations, transportation, missed work, or independent accommodation.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, travel disruption, and coverage appropriate to their circumstances.

  1. Travel Documents and Arrangements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

  • A valid passport;
  • Visas and entry permissions;
  • Travel insurance;
  • Vaccinations or health documents;
  • Transportation to and from the retreat;
  • Any required medical clearance; and
  • Compliance with immigration, customs, health, and local laws.

Aad Yog is not responsible if you are unable to attend because of passport, visa, immigration, transportation, or travel-document problems.

  1. Health and Medical Responsibility

Participation in retreats, Yog, meditation, breathwork, movement, Ayurvedic activities, fasting, excursions, and other wellness practices may involve physical, emotional, or psychological demands.

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for you;
  • You will consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary;
  • You will disclose relevant health or safety concerns;
  • You will follow reasonable safety instructions;
  • You will stop an activity and seek assistance if you feel unwell; and
  • You will not participate while impaired by alcohol, recreational drugs, or inappropriate use of medication.

You must not discontinue prescribed medication or treatment based solely on information provided during a consultation, retreat, teaching, or event.

In an emergency, you authorize Aad Yog or the venue to contact emergency services or your emergency contact where reasonably necessary. You remain responsible for medical, ambulance, evacuation, hospital, and related expenses.

  1. Food, Allergies, and Accommodation

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary and accessibility requests communicated before the applicable deadline.

However:

  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment;
  • Shared kitchens may carry cross-contamination risks;
  • Special meals or accessibility arrangements may not always be available;
  • Additional charges may apply for special arrangements; and
  • Participants with severe allergies must carry required medication and inform the retreat team.

Accommodation details may vary by retreat. Room preferences and requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

  1. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers, facilitators, staff, volunteers, local communities, other participants, venues, and property.

The following behavior may result in removal from an event or retreat:

  • Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or threats;
  • Violence or unsafe conduct;
  • Sexual misconduct or unwanted advances;
  • Repeated disruption of teachings or activities;
  • Possession or misuse of illegal drugs;
  • Excessive alcohol use;
  • Unauthorized recording;
  • Damage to property;
  • Violation of confidentiality or another participant’s privacy;
  • Refusal to follow reasonable safety or venue instructions; or
  • Conduct that materially affects the wellbeing of others.

A participant removed for misconduct, safety concerns, or serious violation of these Terms will not ordinarily receive a refund and will be responsible for their own transportation and alternative accommodation.

  1. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own luggage, money, passport, electronics, jewelry, medications, and other personal belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aad Yog is not responsible for belongings that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged during a retreat or event.

  1. Photography, Video, and Recording

Photography, audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, or screenshots may occur during Satsang, retreats, seminars, workshops, and other events.

Such media may be used for:

  • Aad Yog’s website;
  • Social media;
  • YouTube;
  • Newsletters;
  • Educational materials;
  • Event documentation;
  • Public relations; and
  • Promotion of future offerings.

Your image, voice, display name, question, written contribution, or participation may be captured.

Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional photographs or videos must notify Aad Yog in writing before attending and inform the event coordinator upon arrival.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor such a request, but we cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental, background, crowd, public-area, or livestream footage.

Additional media consent may be requested through the registration form or a separate release.

Participants may not privately record consultations, teachings, Satsang, ceremonies, retreat sessions, or other participants without prior written permission.

  1. Confidentiality and Privacy of Participants

Participants must respect the privacy of others.

Personal stories, health information, spiritual experiences, questions, photographs, or identifying information shared by another participant must not be published, recorded, or shared outside the group without that person’s permission.

Aad Yog will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Private consultations will not be recorded by Aad Yog unless the participant is informed and any required permission is obtained.

  1. Intellectual Property

All teachings, methods, course materials, consultation materials, recordings, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, written materials, meditations, presentations, website content, and other materials provided by Aad Yog remain the intellectual property of Aad Yog or their respective owner.

Unless written permission is provided, you may not:

  • Record or reproduce teachings or sessions;
  • Copy, publish, sell, distribute, or upload materials;
  • Share paid content or meeting links;
  • Use our content to teach, train, or create another program;
  • Modify or claim ownership of our materials;
  • Use Aad Yog’s name, logos, photographs, or branding commercially; or
  • Use content to train artificial-intelligence systems or create derivative commercial content.

Materials provided for personal use may be used only for your own private, non-commercial learning.

  1. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the website;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
  • Copy or commercially exploit website content;
  • Introduce malware or harmful code;
  • Impersonate another person; or
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend access to the website or our services where misuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

  1. Third-Party Providers

We may use independent venues, hotels, transport providers, payment processors, booking platforms, videoconferencing services, caterers, practitioners, or other third-party providers.

Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Aad Yog is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

  1. Assumption of Risk

You understand that travel, group activities, physical practices, spiritual work, unfamiliar environments, excursions, and wellness activities may carry inherent risks.

These may include physical injury, illness, emotional discomfort, travel disruption, theft, allergic reaction, interaction with natural environments, or other unexpected events.

By choosing to participate, you voluntarily accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with the activity, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the applicable law prohibits such exclusion.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aad Yog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or purely economic losses arising from your use of the website or participation in an offering.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Aad Yog’s total liability will ordinarily be limited to the amount you paid directly to Aad Yog for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

  1. Force Majeure

Aad Yog will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, transportation failure, utility failure, internet outage, severe weather, venue closure, or illness of essential personnel.

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative, reschedule the service, provide a credit, or otherwise reduce the effect of the disruption.

  1. Complaints and Concerns

Questions or concerns should first be sent to:

Email: info@aadyog.com

Please provide your name, booking information, and a clear description of the concern.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond appropriately.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the participant’s country of residence.

The courts of India will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires a claim to be brought elsewhere.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The version applying to a particular booking will generally be the version presented or made available when that booking was confirmed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the participant.

The current version will be posted on our website with the latest revision date.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

An invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable booking page, registration form, payment terms, retreat information, consultation description, Privacy Policy, and any written confirmation from Aad Yog, form the agreement between you and Aad Yog.

If a specific written booking condition conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written condition will apply to that booking.
