Selected photographs, video clips, audio clips, screenshots, questions, or excerpts may be edited, reproduced, published, livestreamed, or shared for purposes including:

We will provide reasonable notice when a Satsang is being recorded. By joining a recorded Satsang with your camera or microphone enabled, or by choosing to speak or participate visibly, you acknowledge that your image, voice, name, or contribution may be captured.
Participants who do not wish to be visibly recorded should keep their camera and microphone turned off when permitted, avoid sharing identifying information in the public chat, or contact us before the gathering to ask what participation options are available.
Turning off your camera or microphone may not prevent your display name, written chat, or voice from appearing if you otherwise participate.
Photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place during retreats, seminars, workshops, Satsang gatherings, ceremonies, classes, excursions, meals, and other group activities.
Photographs and recordings may be used by Aad Yog for:
Social media;
Website content;
Promotional campaigns;
Printed materials;
Educational content;
Event documentation;
Newsletters;
Public-relations materials; and
Future retreat or program promotion.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform participants when organized photography or filming is taking place.
Where required, participants may be asked to complete a separate photography and media consent or release form. Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional photographs or videos must inform us in writing before the retreat or event and notify the retreat coordinator upon arrival.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests. However, we cannot guarantee that a participant will never appear incidentally in wide-angle, crowd, background, livestream, or public-area footage.
We do not provide compensation or royalties for authorized use of photographs, recordings, or other media unless separately agreed in writing.
A parent or legal guardian must provide any required permission before an identifiable minor is intentionally featured in promotional media.
We will not intentionally publish a private written testimonial, personal story, or identifiable account for promotional purposes without permission.
When you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, photograph, video testimonial, or success story for publication, you authorize us to use the submitted material in the manner explained when consent is requested.
We may edit testimonials for length, spelling, grammar, or clarity without materially changing their meaning.
